Jonny Kest

Detroit-based and nationally-recognized, Johnny Kest is a trailblazing Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga instructor with a mission to make yoga inclusive and accessible to everyone by focusing on it as a way of life and path to personal discovery and transformation. Kest developed “Slowburn Yoga,” which is a form of Hatha yoga that uses complete yoga breath and closed eyes to bring ease to the body and release tension that is often the root cause of illness.
Kest is also National Director of Yoga for Life Time Fitness.
