#MyRevAct: What’s YOUR Revolutionary Act?

The #MyRevAct campaign encourages folks to share the ways they are embracing healthy revolutionary acts in their daily lives — because the more of us who stand up for our health and happiness, the more power we have to change the world. One person, one life, one small revolutionary act at a time.

Over the course of 2015, we highlighted one of our 101 Revolutionary Ways to Be Healthy, every week. We invited you to join in by snapping pics of your healthy acts using #MyRevAct on social media sites like Twitter and Instagram. An overwhelming number of you shared your healthy acts and we hope you continue to celebrate and share with us in 2016. As you’ll see from some of the the submissions below, it’s a simple, fun way to support one another in our healthy-living endeavors and to celebrate our successes. And it’s another step toward creating a healthier, happier world.
