38. Say No to Soda
Both regular and diet soft drinks stimulate a pro-inflammatory insulin response, trigger cravings, acidify the body, decay your teeth, toxify your body, and leach minerals out of your bones. Kick your soda in favor of water and you may find headaches and other chronic health problems subsiding.
